Didier M. Delaval

Our Senior Partner & Director, Didier holds all Bachelor, Master and Doctoral (Post Graduate DEA) degrees in Private and Business Laws from the Universities of Paris ( France).

Didier has 30 years of international experience as a company lawyer, contract negotiator, then sales executive, entrepreneur and consultant.

His areas of expertise are:

-      Contract negotiation, project management, marketing and setting up joint ventures in various areas such as :

-   Inter-governmental cooperation, high technology, metal processing, engineering, marine, fisheries, agro-food, electronic, space, defence and aviation,

-        Teaching these areas of expertise (lecturing, training, facilitating, coaching, assessing),

In several countries, and for the last 17 years mostly in Asia.

Didier has always managed to run his business activities together with and in parallel to extensive participation to vocational training and education programs, within business & management schools, universities, unions, and companies. He delivers Frontline Management Initiative Certificates V topics for t+b Solutions, an Australian Registered Training Organisation.

He is currently delivering  consulting services in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Morocco, France, and China for business clients and educational institutions. 

He is a visiting Professor with the Wuhan University Of Technology , School of Economics , Hubei Province, China , teaching International Business Law, contract negotiation and project management at MBA level, within a cooperation program with BEM the Bordeaux Business School.

Didier believes that strategic thinking is nice but inefficient if not translated into action.
