PIP - PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

This training and professional development program is offered to help Small or Medium sized Enterprises develop with efficiency through team building and problem solving.

It corresponds to needs identified with several organizations willing to make improved use of their resources (financial, technical and human) to the best of their potential and constraints, while opening the participants’ minds to cross cultural, Eastern/Western business practices, languages, approaches , and methodologies.

Our program is dedicated to medium to high level operational and administrative executives and staffs.

We encourage line managers and leaders to participate in the program so as to create the optimum conditions of team building, coaching and mentoring, leading to a continuous productivity improvement, measured through actual performance.

 

 

Together with our strategic Australian-Thai partners, we also offer further training and coaching packages for future leaders that can be developed under Australian curricula, with all legal Australian Authorities accreditation. (Contact us for further information on these curricula.)

 

 

 

The core of the SME MANAGEMENT PROGRAM curriculum is based upon 4 major Units that are necessary to install sustainable team relationship with improved job definitions within the organization, together with the establishment of personal and group measurable objectives for both management and staff.

 These 4 Units may be delivered and put into practice in four 2 to 3 days workshops, (depending on company’s human, technical and financial factors), spread over 3 to 4 months to guarantee efficiency.

Furthermore, we propose three optional Units related to international contracts, logistics, project management and negotiation skills.

Decision to go for them can be taken at a later stage, depending on how the first 4 Units are received and on the actual improvement of staff assessed by both management and the external coaches-assessors.

They may be delivered when all 4 first Units are fully integrated with demonstrated improvement of performances at the workplace.

The workshops are delivered in the English language, helping de facto all participants to improve their practice of technical English. (French and Thai languages - some units only - may be proposed as options).

After each workshop, a one to one and group coaching program is encouraged to help all participants apply their new knowledge and consolidated skills at their workplace, individually and as a team.

 This program has been successfully delivered within the framework of re-engineering assignments, to several companies in Asia, in particular to International SME based groups specialized with commodities export, logistics operations and quality control assignments.
